gatorade powder or dextrose is easy and a heaping scoop is over 100g carbs. that with 2 scoops whey and a scoop bcaa in your shaker cup post workout is the only way to go imo
So should I take the Pepto Pro n Riluse.....or just Riluse? I keep hearing good stuff about your protein. I'm currently using Dymatize Iso-100. Zero carbs, zero fat, n zero lactose.....is urs just as good?
