Really the thread should say just weak, but I've been training consistently for the past 1.5 months trying to get back into shape. I weigh about 190lbs and don't really max out on weight so I don't know single numbers.

I'm currently flat bench pressing just 135-145lbs for 10 reps and curling 25lb DB's for 10 reps. Just to compare - about 5 years ago I was bench pressing 315lbs for reps and curling 40s for reps. Fast forward several years of not working out and being completely clean it's really bruising the ego. I'm weak to begin with, but I also get fatigued easily. I know how to train, but feel a bit lost since my body isn't allowing me to do what I want. Back and legs seem to be much stronger compared to the rest of my body, but again seems to suffer from the fatigue issue. Any advice to help me get stronger and grow?

Been there bro and my best advice is to just stick with it and ur muscle memory will kick in 100% undoubtedly in no time at all! Just don't hurt urself trying to lift weight u used to be able to!

What r u taking if anything?

Agreed. As long as diet, rest, and those things are in order you'll grow

Nothing really, except for protein powder when I remember. lol.

Maybe I should look into some other supplements to use?

You really just need the basics. The body remembers and you will never grow faster than when you are riding the muscle memory train.

Went to the gym today and actually felt good. Didn't put up serious weight, but felt stronger than the last few weeks. I even ran 3 miles on the treadmill. I think I'm catching the lifting bug again, which is a good thing.
