Just protein for me....mixed in water usually 2-3 scoops for about 50-60g protein. Way back in the day I use to drink this stuff called N Large...had alot of protein but just as much if not more sugar. It did put the weight on though.
N-large is good stuff but I swear by oatbran peanut butter semiskimed milk and 2scoops of protein flax seed oil BCAAs..have not had any of them Mass builder's for years and neither should u..
Depends I guess on what your target caloric intake is. I'm bulking right now so I do something like Dorian described. I like AnaMASS from PN with PB, oats, coconut oil or olive oil, creatine, and a little honey.
