Started deca 400mg/wk 5 weeks ago, was 192lbs, daily caloric intake is about 1600-2000 cal/day. Got on the scale a week and a half ago and I was 202. well I upped the cardio and I'm still at 199.5 as of last night ( not counting turkey day) Should I increase the cardio or what? Im 3x a week now and its taking a toll (tiring). Im 5'7" about 12-14% bodyfat and Im trying to lose as much fat as I can b4 I start winny. Any suggestions?
