Weird dbol pumps

Does anyone else get random pumps in weird muscles while on dbol?
I was just eating a sandwich earlier and was getting pump in my jaw muscles haha
Anyone else get that or am I just a weird fucker?

not just dianabol, but yeah i have a hard time eating and chewing without getting a massive jaw pump to the point you can see each side of my face all pumped out quite obviously to!
