Went on a bike ride today, first time in years

Me and my girl just got some bikes. I havent been on a bike in years. I suck, haha. We went out for about an hour, and I was beat. That thing wore my ass out. Even with all the gears, going up a hill was hard.

You did better than I did. I tried about a year ago. Needless to say the old "it's like riding a bike" didn't apply to me. I didn't make it two houses before I crashed.

I can't really run but I love to ride. Need to dust off my bike for some spring riding. I used to ride all over northside of town
