What are good supplements for cardiovascular endurance?

If you wanted to increase stamina for on the mat wrestling, fighting, grappling ect and general endurance like 2-3 mile runs what would be some good supplements to help in the aid while you trained?
 
I heard good things about the peptide GW501516. But we don't know the danger of new compound like this.
 
Stay away from orals and eca.

I can't help you on the supplements though. I've run 2 5k's this year and had no problems, but I do tons of cardio for a lifter.
 
well if your cycling EQ ups the red blood cells

I found that when I use to train MMA that Osteobioflex was a must-keep those joints working

Fish Oil and Carditone helps-but really the best thing I found is a heart monitor and HIT cardio 3x a week

and if your going to be working a heavy bag make sure you wrap your hands-hair line fractures add up after a while

yes the ECA stack will cause you to gas quick

even just coffee will do it-I made the mistake of taking the ECA stack in my first submission tournament...dumb move
 
I can run 2-3 miles no problem. I just want to be able to run 2-3 miles hit the mat for an hour then hop right uprun another 2 miles if I had to. I'd like to do this without having to drop 30 pounds of muscle and look like a different person. I used to have this type of endurance when I was in my 20's but now not so much.
 
well if you weigh over 200lbs good luck with that-especially if your over 30

the thing that sucks with cardio-it's the 1st thing to go, even if you slack for a couple of weeks you will know it

you just have to keep at-that's coming from Frank Shamrock when I trained with him
 
Okay I'm 220. So you're saying I need to lose 20 pounds? LOL

I can deal with that I think. I just know if I were to lose 40 pounds people would think I got the HIV or started doing heroin. I've lost about 10 pounds and can move better already. Its noticeable.
 
I think BCAA's, Glutamine and even Creatine would all help. I know staying hydrated and upping sodium would help. These are great for over the counter stuff. But what about non over the counter things.

I know over the next few weeks i'll lose sound pounds as I'll be training more, running more and being on the mats more. I just want to have whatever kind of edge I can.

What dose for the Beta Alinine Dude?

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe that I did 4g of Beta Alinine and 8g of creatine each day at that time. I also did 40mg Dbol and 400mg of Deca. I was very pleased with the results. Ya, it was either 4mg or 4g. Pretty positive it was 4g.
