What are your 3 Favorite Exercises and Why?

I would have to say mine are:

-Clean & Press
-Deadlifts
-Squats

I would say these are my favorties b/c they add serious thickness and overall size. Not to mention that there a good way to test strength. Dont know any weak ppl or small for that matter who can clean and press 275lbs.

So what are your favorite exercises and why???
 
I love working my back it, it's my fav muscle group. With that being said my 3 fav exercises are:

BB or Seated Rows
Incline Presses
Squats (even though my legs are lagging)
 
deadlift-works so many muscles and it kills me
flat db bench- i cant do barbell anymore and i love workin up in weight with db's
one arm db rows
 
i like deadlifts and hacks since they feel "natural" to me. squats are alright but dont feel very natural. like bb military press too.

I hate bent over bb rows. Done them for years and still cant get the great form on them I want.
 
Right now my 3 favs are: flat db presses, cuz I'm finally making good progress; bent over rows, cuz I love the contraction of my back with that heavy ass weight; and hammer curls, cuz I could get sloppy as fuck and hit up the 100lb'ers.
