Trying to cut down right now. I want to get shredded this summer. We'll see how it goes. I'd like to keep my strength gains up and maintain as much size as possible if not put on more....
It got up to 81 degrees outside today with a light breeze, sun just a blazing, I like 20 mins from the beach, you do the math, its AM cardio, no carbs after 4pm, and lots of prayers that I might find my abs this year!
I'll probably spend the next few days thinking that last dnp cycle was nasty as hell and that that will be the last one I do. let's see then around the first of may I'll probably do another, I'm going to pamplona at the begining of july for the running of the bulls, so I need to be skinny and fast as hell or at least faster than the slowest poor bastard spaniard behind me, anyways hopefully a pin will be the only thing going in my ass this summer (sorry to you to sweet hearts above who are always gay love fighting lol)
there is f-ing snow on the ground here.... Im done bulking since my my body fat is out of control. Starting a massive cutter in april... already started cardio, abs, and cutting carbs.
I already been dietin gettin lean as fuck...stay shredded for spring and summer then as soon as competition and beach season is over its back to bulking
