Hey guys here is some other things I take in my supp regimne is this the right protocol.

2,000 mg Fish Oil (1,000 mg Salmon Oil) 2 doses a day
2,000 mg Flaxseed oil (1,000 mg capsules) 2 a day
2 Multi vitamins Centrum
1,000 mg milk thistle
2,000 mg vitamin c (500 mg in each dose) 2 doses in morning and 2 doses after work out

Along with Bcaas, and other amino acids and protein, creatine and glutamine. I am not new to this but I always question myself. Age 37 body weight 238 and been on other supps for 10 years on and off if you know what I mean
 
i take just about the same but also take coq10 and some hawthorn and garlic but my bp tends to run high without these

just out of curiosity bro how tall are you and what kind of bf% are you at that 238lbs?
