Hey guys here is some other things I take in my supp regimne is this the right protocol.
2,000 mg Fish Oil (1,000 mg Salmon Oil) 2 doses a day
2,000 mg Flaxseed oil (1,000 mg capsules) 2 a day
2 Multi vitamins Centrum
1,000 mg milk thistle
2,000 mg vitamin c (500 mg in each dose) 2 doses in morning and 2 doses after work out
Along with Bcaas, and other amino acids and protein, creatine and glutamine. I am not new to this but I always question myself. Age 37 body weight 238 and been on other supps for 10 years on and off if you know what I mean
