What do you guys make of this confiscation letter from Homeland Security

I received an envelope today that had an order that I had been waiting on from China for about 5 weeks. I began to think there was a problem because it was supposed to be here in 2 weeks.

I was relieved when the letter came. I opened it and only found 150 out of the 250 pills that I ordered. Then I saw a confiscation letter in the envelope that was from The Department of Homeland Security stating that they had confiscated the Narcotics/Contraband from the letter. Yet they still let the letter be delivered and with over half the tabs.

I left it outside marked "Return to Sender" in case it was a set-up. Nobody came. I disposed of the letter and the pills.

Anyone ever have this happen to them? My source says that they probably just missed the rest and sent the letter. Sounds unlikely.

Any hepl would be GREATLY appreciated

Never heard of this. It would either be a set up or the source is playing games. In no way would they "miss" half the contraband.

I've never heard of such a thing so I can only speculate. And even then I'm puzzled!!!

That would be sensless trouble for your source to go through to short you 100 tabs.

I don't see why DoHLS would let more than half the tabs go through.

Were there 2 different items?? It sounds fishy from both ends. If they (govt) wanted to set you up it would be done by now and all of the items would be included. They can only charge you with what you recieved physically. Does the letter look legit? How trusted is the source? Most sources resend free of charge though so that wouldnt make sense. I would still clean house. Every bust Ive had any knowledge about was all botched up from the start so I could see that happening in this case. The good news is that the most they have ever gotten was a misdemeanor and that was for blatently importing the chems to make G. You sisnt sign or anything right? Also I wouldnt use the same address to recieve your stuff. Get it shipped somewhere else

Yeah bro the customs would for sure not just miss the stuff. I would switch sources and just take your losses. Try ordering domestic too.

Thanks guys. Actually Rick Collins was really great to answer my e-mail right away as I was kind of freaked out. All of you asked me what kind of pills they were and from where. I don't think that I can post the source, but I will tell you this:

I ordered 250 pills from IP in China
100 Winnys - Blue
100 Masteron - Blue
50 Turinbul - Green

The Winnys were confiscated and the others came through. I e-mailed my source and he said no problem he would resend the Winnys to a different address. Fuck that, I'm done with overseas. As Rick said, my name is now on the "Radar" with customs

I would love to think that it was just the source playing games, but the only way to really find that out would be to call the number on the confiscation notice - Hell No!

The Masteron were Blue, same as Winnys. I don't know, I suppose they could have tested all 3 and found that only the Winnys contained AAS in them, but I think that is a little far fetched.

But I agree with you guys, I just can't believe that HS would open an envelope (just a regular white envelope) with nothing in it but a magazine article and 250 tabs, and take 1/2.

I got the official confiscation letter in the mail today. It had the right to petition to get the Winstrol back. Of course, I just threw it out. But what is interesting is that they were able to identify the IP Winnys as Stanozol (as stated in the letter)

That makes me think that they tested all 3, and only the Winnys came back real, which is why they took them. Or, as some suggested (which is what I hope) they eithert missed the Masteron and Oral Turinbal or could not identify the substances contained in them because they are more rare.

Has anyone had the IP Masteron or Oral Turinbals tested. If not, has anyone used either and had some good results

Well heres the different situations that I think that may have happend here.....

1)source fucked you and sent a fake letter with your order just so he could send you less goods. (this is almost certainly not the case since you got a followup letter)


2) (what probably happen) They tested all three types of tabs and the winny tabs are the only thing that had any steroids in them, the masteron and the turinbol were fake so customs sent them to you.



you did the right thing tossing the pills out. Better safe than sorry.


edit: there is no way they missed the pills. Not a chance.
