What exactly is it?

I have heard everyone talk about an ECA stack. Waht exactly is it and how is it taken? I know a lot of people I think alternate it with clen but not sure. any help would be great...
 
Ephedrine 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
Aspirin 300mg

You can buy it pre-made. Usually taken 3x a day before meals.
 
Ephedrine, Caffeine, Asprin. Basically all of the ephedrine containing thermogenics/fat burners. Usually taken 1-2 tablets, 1-3 times per day (follow the instructions on the label). I personally really like the Ultimate Burn from Schwartzlabs (see my sig for a 30% discount code). I just started again today after over 8 weeks off of ECA, and holy carp! I thought I was going to die during my cardio this morning - my intensity was up big time! And I've been sweating my rear off all day!
 
I'd go with schwartz as Al stated, it'll be about the same price and your not swollowing 4 or 5 pills. 3x a day everyday but this will depend on your reaction to it.
 
Cheaper to buy them seperately (if you can find them), more convenient to buy premade - the formulas will vary by manufacturer/product. For example, the ultimate burn has 334mg mahuang (ephedrine), 100mg caffeine, 25mg white willow bark (asprin) per pill. It's recommended that you take 1 pill twice daily 30 min before meals or exercise. I personally take 2 twice a day, but definitely start out at not more than the recommended dose, and really maybe less - it can hit you hard!

Some people take it only pre-workout just for extra energy. If you are alternating with clen, you can go 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks eca, 2 weeks clen.....

In general, don't stay on ECA for more than 30 days straight. 2 weeks on, 2 off seems to work well for it imo.

Prep is going well, I think. I went on vacation this last week, and I'm getting my numbers checked tomorrow - it'll be interesting to see how I did (I don't think I made the progress I really needed to in the last 2 weeks, mostly due to all the travelling of vacation). Diet seems to be right on, though! Regardless, since I started with my bf so high (14% @ 12 weeks out), I know I really have to bust it these last 4 1/2 weeks to make it!
 
And dpsquat is an absolute top notch bro! I know nothing compared to him! :D
 
I think I will try schwartz ultimate burn alternating it with Liquid clen 2 weeks on 2weeks off. Al, good luck the last 4 1/2 weeks, you'll make it!!
