What exercises do you do for traps?

Tried the HISE shrugs today with the standing calf machine. I tried 255 lbs to start... and did 3 sets of 10... wasn't bad... but like 92stang.. i feel it now a couple hours later... not to mention some pretty nasty bruising... Overall, I like 'em and will add 'em in.

yea, if I do 'em with the bar without a pad I pop blood vessles in my traps, looks sick.

Dunno what you call them, but I like to throw some weights on a straight barbell and hold it like a shrug... hands closer together though... then pull the bar all the way up to your chin... and lean forward a bit, and let the bar down slowly, and feel a major burn in your traps.

Otherwise, shrugs and deads, of course.

I still got the bruising doing them on the standing calf machine with built in thick padding... no bar..

of course... I'm a fat fucker at the moment, which tends to make bruising happen easier.
