Definitely AXE spray. Girl's really seem to like it's smell. No gloves, no belt, just a workout pants and t-shirt, a small tower for sweat, a large towel to shower, some shower gel, my cd player, my technogym key, a bottle of water, some coldspray, some hotspray, and a pair of clean boxers and socks.
