What is your current dosing of IGF-1

Pre workout for me. No science behind it, but I like the phycological feeling of knowing I am creating the perfect environment for hyperplasia between my training and the IGF.
 
I like to take mine pre-workout, too. Love the effect, and since I work out in the evening, it helps me sleep.
 
ive been running 100mcg post work out only, you guys think thats to much? should i split it up twice a day?

im at my biggest and strongest ive ever been, im bulking and bf hasnt climbed any.

i do get alittle tired during the days but its not extreme.

its more then i do but if its working for ya then i wouldnt mess with, i also use it pre workout though so were all different i guess
 
On this run, I'm currently at 60 per day... 30 in the morning before cardio then 30 at night before working out. I'm going to go with that for a few weeks and see how it works for me.
 
i see most people using it at 40-50mcgs am i doing too much at 80mcgs?? im not over 200lbs.... doing it right before my workout to the body part im about to work out
 
10 mcg in the morning with suplements(for better absortion and delivery)
10 mcg post work out with suplements n.o.+ creatine+aminos
works so far will increase when it stops to 20 mcg
