Was wondering what your first working exercise is for chest day and why?

Mine is either Incline barbell or Incline dumbell press. Because my upper chest sucks.

im exactly the same...

im sure it was charles glass (correct me if im wrong) in one of his videos who said "have u ever seen anyone with an over developed upper chest?"

Its weird, but I am a lot stronger on incline than I am on flat. Lately I start with flat or dumbells though. had to give the upper chest a break

normally incline unless im preexhausting then fly's or hammer maching outer chest.

Flat bench then incline, don't really know why just do it in that order. If I work chest twice a week I switch from barbell to dumbell exersises.

Pec deck for warming up and preexhausting, then incline smith bb, with the incline no more than 30 degrees. It nails the upper chest and leaves the delts alone for the most part.

I like lower incline smyth presses - just seems to hit me right

This is what I do. I can't seem to find an incline bench around here that's angled low enough--I end up working my delts more than my pecs.
If I wern't so fucking lazy, I'd drag my ass to the power rack and put an adjustable in there until I had every thing angled right...but the fact is, I'm too fucking lazy.

i always start with incline presses

but since im preconest i do chest twice a week. mondays are my heavy days, i start with inclines, and fridays are
my light days, i just do a wide hammer strength and controled flies for volume

im exactly the same...

It's time for me to change it up a little I think I'll be starting with incline instead of flat bench like I normally do.
Charles Glass is my all time favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First chest day (Monday), flat bench press, then incline dumbbell presses, followed by cable presses. I also work Bis on Monday, hammer, barbell, and preacher curls.

Second chest day (Friday), flat bench press, then incline press. I also do a couple of calf-only leg exercises as a second leg day, and finish the week with extra attention to whatever else I feel needs it.

I've been doing either flat or incline db presses to start out. It has been working well for me so far, but I have a long way to go.

I am start with two warm-up set before heavy weight exercise. Basically bench presses and curls are two of the first exercises.. it does work well form me..

I do incline dumbells because I need some upper chest and want to hit it when I have the most get up and go.
