I'm looking for a list of supps that you use that actually work. I've used pretty much everything imaginable and have stuck mostly to just basic protein, fat burner (when they worked well...lol) and a vitamin supplement. I haven't been in the market for any supplement purchases lately so please tell me what is good and what is not. Thanks guys!

Creatine (don't care what form), basic protein, multivitamins, NO2 (I prefer a liquid form here), and lots of food. Haven't really used much in the way of fat burners, but if I do, I'd probably use Redline.

Oh yeah, forgot about good ol' creatine. I tried the original NO2 (powder) and didn't notice too much. Maybe a little fuller muscles and more of a pump, but then again I was taking other things so it's hard to tell what did what. lol Maybe the products are much better now. I've been hearing all the good things about Leucine, the amino acid, and it seems like something that would be worth while. In fact, I put together an article from several sources that shows all of the awesome benefits of using it.

Protein, creatine, taurine (varying doses for different things) pure maltodextrin (when I am not too lazy) ALA (post workout only, and no more than 600mg) I used to use:
CLA, ALA, ALCAR, GT, Rhodiola rosea, chocamine, Taurine, idebenone (still do sometimes), maltodextrin, yo, vinpocetiene, piracetam

I use jet fuel in the morning and afternoons for that caffine boost. Animal flax for my joints, Storm from universal for my preworkout. Creatine EE post workout.

People are raving about Black Powder (creatine) and Pro Nos (protein) both a bit on the pricey side, but deff #1 on the market

Yeah, that's why I prefer a liquid form of NO2. I'd take it before my workout, and I'd get a huge pump from it since it hits the system faster.

Not sure what to make of Leucine yet. Seems to work well when I take it, but I'm not sure I want to be on it all the time because when I don't take it for a day, my blood sugar goes wild like my body doesn't know what to do. Had my lowest reading on my meter of 43 because of it one day--thought I was going to pass out.

That's an interesting side effect saud...

One of the functions of leucine is to help regulate blood sugar. I think that's why my body goes nuts when I don't use it. I probably don't get enough leucine normally for some reason.

My boy I lift with is using black powder, and he loves it. Hes looking more vascular than pumped up
