one thing I've done in multi use vials to help with ripping up the tops: Put a pin in the top of the vial and turn it upside down and draw the amount you want into the syringe. Unscrew the needle itself from the syringe and leave it in the bottle, you can now repeat the process and preload several syringes without removing the needle thereby greatly reducing the number of tears in the top of the vial... I can explain in more detail if I wasn't clear. Always wipe the top with an alcohol wipe and always be as sterile and safe as you can. Good luck.
