What time do you train at ???

Im just curious as to what time everyone has been training at..The reason I ask is because, for the last couple of weeks, I have been going around 11pm or midnight to train at the gym....Why, I guess because I have been working long hours, and when I come home I want to rest up a bit before hitting the gym...Before you know it its almost 11 pm and then I go to the gym (its nice a dead in there) hit the iron for 45 mins to an hour, then do 30 mins of cardio...Come home eat my last meal, then take a shower and then bedtime...I get to bed around 1-2 am then get up at 530 am agian and do it all over again...yeah, im only getting about 3-4 hours a sleep a night..But damn dieting, thermo's and other products I just dont sleep as well...Plus being on lower carbs im hungry all the time and its hard to sleep on a empty stomach...So what time do you guys train at ???

Yeah, I have class from 2pm-8pm and I don't want to train after that. I have some much time in the morning it's easier that way. I'm not really a morning person but I make myself get up at 7am and eat a good breakfast and after that I'm not really tired anymore. Besides that, when I start work next month I will have to be there at 8am so I need to be used to getting up early. That, and there's not really many people there that time so that's a plus too.
 
I work out at the same time as B2S, and I did training at noon a few years back myself. I would actually prefer to do it at noon, but now I work far away from my gym.
 
in the summer its around 6ish pm. Im self employed, and very slow in the winter, so its usually around 1pm then.
 
Right now I hit it at 5:30am. For two reasons, I'm on a day shift and I'm bulking. Otherwise, I like to do cardio first thing in the morning and workout later in the day.
 
6:30 am for 1 hour cardio, and I train usually from 8-10pm. With light cardio to follow. I work during the day, and Sleep from 11:30pm to 6 am.

for me getting a few solid meals in me before the workout benifits me morethan anything
 
I'm another one of the early morning guys myself. No one waiting for dumbells or plates when I'm in there and less of a chance anyone is going to interupt me asking training questions. When I am doing cardio (which seems like a lot lately due to man-o-pause and inability to train for a while) I hit it mornings on an empty stomach around 5:30am.

im not working- so whenever i can get my ass in there. I like 1pm, just cause its dead.
 
30 minutes after I wake up for me. Workout, get nasty sweaty, take a shower, get ready for the day.
 
Wake up at 4:45am
Eat at 5am
Do all my cooking and watch some tv 5am-6 45am
Train from 7am-8am
Get into the office around 8 40am
work 8:45am-6:45pm
Bed around 10pm
Repeat.

I love this schedule and I LOVE working out early...This is the time of day I have the most energy, gym less crowded, gets my appetite going all day.
 
usally i like to get in their early because the evening crows talk to dammm much

so lets say i was to lay down right no and wake up around 2am i would stay up until the gym opens up at 5:30

so here are some of the times i hit the gym

6am

12pm

2pm

i cant stand the evening crew lol
 
Well right now i have no work so no membership right this second. Usually about 930 at night though. My workdays when im busy starts about 9 or so and i work a bit late so i can get enough sleep in usually. I love working out at night i have the most energy and im just anticipating it so im ready even more. Hopefully next month ill be able to pay for a year up front so i wont have this problem.
 
i train late, i have to have a couple small meals in me before i can workout and i havea had time eating alot so for me to eat enough takes all day so i cant workout til about 6-7pm
