my gym is 24/7 so i try to get in as erly as i can before the soccer moms start runnin around gawkin at everyone....6:30 is my regular time that way i can get my work out in before i come back to the office and start workin. Once in a while i will have to go late but it's never crowded cause of the 24hr deal. Coffee b4 workout...ugh....i cant imagine it...had to give up on coffee years ago.
start at the gym around 530 am. best time because only serious people work out that early. you can avoid the onlookers and the little wanna-be's asking how much you bench. besides your body just rested and the test is flowing.
It also get your day going.
I try to get there in the morning...6:30am. If I can't make it, I go after work at 6:30pm. Weekends usually around noon. I prefer the morning workouts...less people at the gym.
