I'm about 220 right now and I hate it. Down from 255, only lost a few % of bf. Definatly didn't cut correctly but I feel small as shit. I started an ECA stack last week and those things work no ?. My goal was to get down to 215 and then start slowly bulking till my goal of 270. Your proly thinking holy shit thats a shitload of weight, I plan to do it over the course of a year and I will definatly do it. I can't stand feeling like I do now tho. My weights are slightly increasing but I just feel sooo tiny. I wanted to get lean b4 I bulked again but I don't look that lean, to me at least. What should I do? Cut till I'm lean enough to my satisfaction no matter what weight I get down too? Or fuck it and start to plan what I need to bulk?
