What vitamin brands do you use/trust

I am talking for supplements like red yeast rice, coq 10, etc. not "sports supplements"
I pretty much stick to the NOW brand myself.

I hear a lot of good things about NOW an use some if their products, mostly oral support. The only vitamin I take though is Orange Triad now.

I usually go with Nature Made. I use them for fish oil, garlic, milk thistle, etc. I can get them at cheap at Family Dollar. For multivitamin I've been always been an Animal Pak guy.

i guess i forgot the wal-mart brand i do take their ALA because it's cheap and i always run out.

As far as vitamins go, the only multi I take is Animal Pak other than that all of my supplements come from PN

Theres only one vitamin for us BB and that's animal pak. Always will be the best.
