probably over 4 grams for a bit (never went over 1 gram until over age 30) I found out more is not always better and never got any better results than taking 1 gram per week except sides.

1-4 test prop 150mg EOD
1-12 test enan 750mg wk
1-12 deca 400mg wk
4-8 Humalog 10iu post workout only
maybe 8-12 IGF-1 @ 50mcg ED 5 on 2 off
12-16 Humalog 10iu post workout only
1-15 .50 mcg ED ldex
clomid therapy 3 weeks after last deca shot
