I first started training in 9th grade. I was an EXTREMELY skinny little 120lb 5'10" guy.
Now, over 7 years later, I'm still 5' 10", but I'm just about 180lbs of solid muscle, no fat to speak of.
I recently found an old picture of me from around when I started and MAN does 7 long hard years pay off! lol. Most dramatic change I've ever seen.
