The EAS bulk up is pretty good, they have it at Walmart, for about $12 a can, I think it is about 12 servings a can. Very tasty, it has about 500 calories in skim milk.
The main difference is the MRP has more calories, carbs, and nutrients, so it has what you need in a meal. So if you are bulking it makes it a lot easier to eat all those extra calories.
Oh, you might want to look at the Promax lean protein bars, they actually taste good. It supposedly has some kind of shit (pepti-lean?) that helps reduce stored body fat also, but take that for what it is worth.
