Ok, my waist is small, thighs and hams are big for the size of my waist, but I've got NO glutes whatsoever. I've gotta do something to build them up. I squat and that just isn't cutting it. Maybe it's because I do sumo squats, but does anyone have anything that really builds glutes specifically?

Squats always did the trick for me, ive always had Humongous Glutes, im sure a lot of my ass size was from injecting crazy amounts of oil in my ass over the years as well lol,

I did a lot of leg presses also, but never got into those Glute Specific machines until i was older just to maintain since i couldnt free squat anymore, so im not sure what else their is bro, DEADS help a lot and you can concentrate on your glutes , maybe lunges but ive never really done them

This sounds a little crazy, but there are congenital spinal issues which would lead to the condition you describe. It has to do with innervation in the glutes.

Agree with the Dude, just genetic bro like calfs. Some got um some don't. I got big bubble ass, naturally. But my whole family does, every one In my family all have big bubble ass.

Narrow squats feet together, leg presses with feet placed high, walking lunges, Jeffersons work perfect. Those are all good excercises for big glutes. I do them all in my leg routine.
Good luck bro. Hope your ass gets big ( no homo) me I'm shooting for my avi pic

This---- a lot of it genetics( I have big ass luckily) do help, but the exercises above will all work. As with any muscle building, you have to have time and patience...

well for the record, no one in my family has a big ass and my ass is rediculously large from working out, so while it may be a lot of genetics, i just wanted to chime in and say i worked my ass off or on actually to get my glutes (pun intended). So i just wanted to chime in with that so no one is disapointed, i honestly think anyone can build their ass up regardless of genetics unless of course theirs an issue like the dude spoke up,

I've done Jefferson squats before and in think they were beginning to work by I got away from them. I think the biggest thing is just never sticking with it for a long enough period so we shall see what happens because I wanna build these fuckers

Also bro super set all that. Do walking lunges and then super set every excersise and set with that machine that isolates glutes. Forgot what it called, you sit in it and move the leg parts out word. Works perfect

I do the abductor and adductor machines pretty much everytime I do legs. I think my problem is that I just don't stay consistent on legs like I do everything else. I've made leaps and bounds with my shoulders so if I focus on any and all of these exercises I think they'll come up. I just wasn't sure which would be best to incorporate on a weekly basis and which to throw in every couple of weeks

I seen Jay Cutler once say those 2 machines make up 2/3rds of your entire legs muscles!! So i always did them religiously !!
