Just wanted to drop a quick "what up." I've been reading a lot of post lately, but to lazy to post any. I started lifting heavy again Monday and it feels great. It is amazing what the muscle doesn't forget. I started my reps of bench with 315 and if felt good. I thought it was going to cave my chest in, but I was pleasently surprised. My legs are not as weak as I thought either. Towards the end of my cycle, I will post some pics. Time to get large and in charge. Hell in the three days I started back, I'm up 5 lbs and feeling awesome. Amazing what protein and eating write will do. That's about all I got for now, just wanted to gloat a bit.
