What's your current split?

I am debating trying out a four day split, M/Tu/Th/F, with W/Sa/Su off or for outdoor activities of some kind since the weather is starting to get so nice.

Was doing a M/W/F split before and want to see what you guys do. Maybe gets some ideas how to group things for a 4 day split.
 
since switching from a mon/tues/thurs/fri to a m/w/f schedule i've made more gains....this also allow me the flexibililty to change my wed and friday to thurs and sat if i need an extra day during the week for any personal reason that may come up
 
That's a good point, just tired of the same old thing. Just want to change it up for a bit.
 
I'd say give it a try. Might work great for you. I like the 3 day as well. Something always comes up and I have to rearange my work out. Its good to know I dont miss one, just bump it.

do you go 7 days a week Chris? Or like 7 on 2 off?

I do m/t/t/f
monday chest and calves
tuesday back and traps
wed off
thursday shoulders hams
friday quads arms
 
i train 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off

day 1: bis, tris, forearms, abs
day 2: legs
day 4: chest, delts (have to do this right now because of a shoulder problem)
day 5: back, traps, calves
 
used to do:
Mon - chest
Tues - back
Wed - delts/traps
Thur - legs
Fri - arms

But now:
Mon - Chest/tris
Tue - Back/bis
Wed - Delts/traps
Thur- Legs
Fri/Sat/Sun - no gym, but work in the yard or wax the cars, or something like that.
