alot of exercise i love, but i like the flat db press, the decline barbell press and cleans, my best workout would bench press that explains my good pec formation i have been told, so yea...lol

speaking of clean and jerk. did any of you guys see on ESPN earlier this week on the strongman, some guy lifted 180 kg in the log lift. a new world record, i think it was the lithuanian, can't spell or pronounce his name.
Yeah, I agree with Mike on this one. My favorite is the hip thrust!
Really, I enjoy all weight training, I do it because I love it! The results are secondary to me.
My favorite exercises are currently incline bench, all rear delt work, and squats. Those are my weakest body parts, therefore, those exercises are at the forefront.
