At this point I'd take a steak from Dennys LOL. I don't like fat in my steak, the texture grosses me out absolutely nothing to do with being health conscious. I'd have to go with a filet as well, I don't mind a sirloin either.

I used to be the same way when I was a kid. lol. My parents would yell at me for cutting all the fat (and a lot of the meat that touched the fat) off my steaks. These days the fat really doesn't bother me and sometimes it's even good.

I hate steak! My wife loves it and she could and sometimes does eat it every day,lol, but i could go the rest of my life and never eat a steak and not give two shits. They dont taste good to me no matter how good of a cut

we would eat alot of flank steak back in the day when we dieted well and hard, its not a great steak but she like sit, that and filet mignon

yummmmmm cow..... every year my family get a cow butchered. My cousin raises it on his property along with a cow that he gets butchered as well. Of course most is ground beef since you can only get so much out of a cow. but at 3-4 dollars per lb you cant beat the price. i tell the butcher what I want and to make it as lean as possible. A lot money at one time but it saves a hell of a lot inthe long run. gotta do what you can we you have to feed a large family.
