cardio is best in the morning for cutting fat from what i hear. for me i need at least 2 meals before training so any time after noon but everyone is different
My schedule really only allows me to do it first thing in the morning before work. If I were to do it after work I wouldn't have time for my son or anything else. My hours are not set so one day I might work 8 and the next 10. I love the feeling of starting my day with a pump but it does have its draw backs. I have to get up super early so my recovery suffers from not enough sleep. Plus, I don't have as much fuel in my body as someone who works out later in the day does.
I usually lift around 2pm when nobody is there and when I'm finishing around 4:20 the rush starts. If I can't make it at 2 I go in at 7pm after the rush and the place is empty again.
When ever I feel like ohlaaaaaaaa , but on serious note the best timing could be anytime for me as long as i had enough sleep and after atleast two meals , then im a diffetent kind of a monster lol
