When pinning or applying

How long do you guys wait to lift after you pin or do you wait at all. With test, deca, and tren, that is. I go in and lift right after or whenever never bothers me. Didn't know if there was a wait period after you inject that you needed to wait.

I usually pin in the morning and lift in the afternoon, but that's just due to ease of scheduling. I've gone to the gym right after pinning before and not noticed a difference.

Test usually in the evening before bed. If taking decca I just mix it with test. Tren first thing in the am and winny too

i generally pin before i shower before going to gym or whenever else is private and convenient...as far as how long do i wait to train after it depends on the carrier oil and PIP...i'm super sensitive to EO PIP and have to wait several hours before training same bodypart i pinned

In evenings right after shower because of sanitation reasons, then right to bed. I have done it in AM before but haven't noticed any difference. I do know that the morning after I've pinned (using test, eq and tren) I have major morniing wood!leased:
