Oh and hey, we can't forget the most awesome Bill Pearl! Vegetarian! I think being vegetarian and bbing is totally easy, just as easy as if you're eating meat, vegan is a different ball game and much more difficult to gain muscle on.
Anyhoo I've done both, eaten meat and lifted, been vegetarian and lifted, and the results are the same. Granted, I used AAS while on the vegetarian bulk but I'm pretty sure it would have been the same results if I had been eating meat.
Regardless, I'm a veggie for ethical reasons. The health benefits are second to that.
