I don't that that that much powder is properly processed...anyone I know that has tried high calorie gainers...made them shit....although if You make a shake out of food(milk, soymilk, whey protien, peanut butter, oats, cake/cookies)...they should be digested better & do the trick
 
There are lots of guys who just blend up chocolate whey protein with peanut butter and a banana (and possibly a tablespoon of flaxseed or olive oil--plenty of calories right there, and as MightyJohn said, it's digested a lot better.
 
I ordered some t-shirts from the site and they sent me a free sample of real gains (cookies and cream flavor). I tried it and it wasnt that bad. I noticed it has casein. I read some where on a bodybuilding that casein is good before you go to bed cause its slow to digest. Im sticking to my muscle milk.
 
ive used real gains in the past and really liked it.
the choclate is REALLY good, just dnt make it too thin.

but then again thats when the price was low for it.

if your looking for a low price one, IDS whey gainer is cheap and not too bad

cheaper and better for you
in a blender blend:
1 banana
3-4tbs peanutbutter
2scoop oatmeal (about50g)
1scoop dextrose (about 25g)
5 scoop of whey protein (about 100g)
handfull frozen berrys
fill with milk or soya milk and blend

a good 1500+ calories with alot of good stuff.
usually finish it in 2 servings

just readin dat shit made me hungry....n i just finished eating!!!!!! Damn that looks good.....going to have to give that a try....dont forget a bit of cottage cheese...wont even taste it....
