which do you think is better and safer??

Out of the 3 compounds (d-bol, Winny, and M1T). Which one do you think is safest on you system with the best gains and also doing low doses? You guys seem to be most informed on this subject. I personally dont like injectables.
 
Winny won't give you as much size as dbol, and M1T will give you more sides than dbol so dbol would also be my pick.
 
M1-t will give you sides if you don't watch it, well at least more then the other 2 lol, but what are you trying to bulk or lean up , just go with the dbol and Winnie lol!

LOL... yeah you'll scratch your head but Ric Drasin went on and on about back in the day he did win and dbol for his third cycle and it was great.
 
well the reason I ask is that I have never done it and am thinking about it. I was a superfat ass until I got my ass(300lb) in the gym and now down to 215lb. I am on a five day split and on MC IGF 5 on and 2 off besides just generic supps (preworkout, multi, bcaa). I have been to the doc and he told me that I have loose skin issues but can take a while to reshrink (up to 1 year). So he said that I just had to wait and see what it does and also build more muscle that way your skin does not have to reshrink as much. I was telling him that I was thinking about using and he told me that it is ok in safe doses but he wont prescribe it just make sure I get blood work done. So what I was thinking about doing is a low dose of dbol and nolvato rapid build up muscle and then cycle off with clomid. then do another cycle of winny(low dose) and clen to keep my strength up build more muscle while getting rid of fat then cycle off with clomid again. Do you guys think this is a good idea in my approach or just scratch it and come up with a different plan?

Well bro considering your post above and ur loose skin issues I would have to say that using dbol will only make u gain water and not much lean muscle mass which is What ur looking to do.

If I were u I would use something that will yield lean muscle mass and I wouldn't rush it as I would go slow and steady so u keep all ur gains even after ur done using said compound

If u use something like dbol with ur lose skin issues I think u will b doing more harm then good

The more I think about it you are correct about the D-bol so I am going to scratch that. Any recommendations there Presser. :sport:
 
You have really just begun training. You've just gone through a long sustained calorie deficit period. Now it's time to lean how to build lean mass and develop a healthy base. It's not the time to start experimenting with AAS in my view. You should probably train for 3-5 years natural. Develop a base and learn your body, how it reacts to different foods and training and rest periods.
 
I would really listen to Presser on this subject and I would really take a long hard look at including an injectable testosterone with anything you decide to do. It's really not a good idea to try a cycle without a test as a base. You can go with Test E and it's not a painful inject or reaction and get amazing long term, easily keepable results.
 
yeah like you said I am listening to presser. i have been doing a lot of reasearch over the past six months. I know what they are but I was asking peoples personal experince with the substances that I described or other substances that would be better. i can read everyting about them but experience trumps all and i know everyone reacts differently as well. That is why i am asking you guys who have experience and tell the truth. i dont want to go and just start putting random chemicals in my body. please keep advice comming. i would start until about july anyways. I still have more to learn
 
If I were to use Test E by itself what would be a good start cycle and by that I mean dosage for someone just starting. And what ever mg dosage per week would it be best applied ED of EOD?

Hey bro,

here is what I would recommend, test E or C at 200-250mg per week..Focus on getting leaner (as lean as you can get) to continue to get the skin to thin down, and tighten up more over time...I believe that hgh in lower doses could help with the skin being loose, but if its super loose, then the only true option is to get it cut off, and if your gonna do that. Might as well spend the extra coin and get lipo done at the same time..My training partner got both done at the same time...Cause he started out at 370lbs and now is a lean 225-230lbs (under 10% all year around)...
 
I dont have the coin for going under the knife so that is out. but its not so loose that it will never go back. I was an idiot and got way out of shape and its my fault. I heard that HGH was really high is costs even at 2iu per dose for fat loss and unless I misread you have to run for a long period of time EOD. but the test e run with proviron then post with nolva and clen seems ok. I will see what I get with that.
