In my opinion creatine is creatine...I'm sure that some are better than others, but I fail to believe the hype that this company makes it 1000000% better and more effective than another. I buy cheap GNC creatine and it works great for me. Just my .02

I thought u said you werent going with supps? If your only going with one supp then go with protien. And if your going with several, then creatine is creatine, one wont be much better than the other.

im pretty sure when SD said that it was a joke i dont use creatine either just protein food lots and lots of food and sleep. I never really found one that didnt wanna make me puke during my workouts so i just leave it out.

i like the micronized creatine the best. but I dont know if its worth $10 more.

personally I like the EAS version, the Cell Tech just has too much of a nasty after taste that sticks with me way too long :drooling:

OK bro, I know you read a lot of research and look into all of this stuff but you have to realize that most of what you're reading is written by the companies that are trying to sell the stuff to you. Even the studies that they publish are done by the companies themselves. Trust me use the creatine you have, if it doesn't feel like it's doing much for you, stop using it for a few weeks and then start a new loading cycle and start it again. The other reason you're probably not feeling much from it is because for one thing it doesn't do very much to begin with and some people just don't respond to it at all because their bodies are already absorbing creatine from the foods they eat and the extra creatine will not do anything to help.

If I remember correctly I read an independant university study that showed creatine helped 100 weightlifters lift an average of .63 reps more than non creatine users...

That's POINT .63 so that means if you can knock out 10 reps with a weight when you use creatine you can knock out a whole half rep more

well, muscletech can just move that decimal over about...say 8 spaces...and you got...

"63,000,000% more effective that without using our creating"

what most people fail to realize is that even with steroids the percentage of improvement isn't what some of the nutrional compaines claim, it's a double edged sword though because if the FDA had to approve all of their claims then there would be much stricter guidelines and we'd lose a lot of the products that we're already taking. Ephedrine being pulled off the market is a perfect example becuase people were misusing it

tru that if fda had to appove everything some of our damn protein would problably be illegal lol.

Which wouldn’t be a bad thing.

The U.S. has some of the worst food standards in the world. If you go to Europe you’ll notice that American made foods sold over there are complete different recopies because the EU won’t allow the nasty shit into their foods that FDA allows.
