never... I never do them.. only because of 2 reasons .. 1 it's a really UN-NATURAL Placement to put the shoulder joint..which leads me right into the 2nd reason, I watch a very well built man of about 5'10" 260lbs.. 8ish% BF .. been training for years.. do a moderately light behind the necck shoulder press.. and I watched.. I WATCHED.. I FLIPPIN' WATCHED this dude's ARM (Shoulder) BLOW right out of socket.. I saw the dislocation.. witnessed..as i sit here typing this I am getting sick to my stomach reliving that memory... **shudder**
