I try not to drink too much, but I might have a couple glasses of wine or some beer on the weekends. I've grown tired of hangovers and the shit caused by drinking so I keep it light or nothing at all.
Back in the day I used to drink all the time and workout out the following day no problem. Surprisingly I was in really good shape and strong. I wish I could've seen how much better I would've looked like if I stopped drinking and started to do healthier things. Like keep up my diet, and getting better rest.
