There are alternatives for no time to cook! I do it. Although I am used to that army chow. I don't eat to taste but a few times a day, I eat for the sake that I need to. I cook in the am with 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, cup of oatmeal and a yogurt. I buy breakfast bars for a snack, vitamins and 10gs protein. Lunch I usually do a deli, something like that, when I get home at 3 I do 2 coldcut sandwiches, usually ham, swiss turkey, about a half pound, I will also throw a potato in the microwave. A shake usually 55 gs of protein. Then if I have no time I will do canned salmon-gotta get the good shit so there is no bones and crap in the can. I mixed a can today with pasta noodles, squash, green beans, and olive oil. Good shit. Pleanty of alternatives if you don't have time to cook. Otherwise try making a bunch of hardboiled eggs at night, you can have them to branch your meals together. When you see it is about 3 hours since you last ate pop a few eggs, then cook later.
