Yeah, I've done winny tabs quite a few times myself. 50mgs everyday, split it up in 2-3 doses. Consume protein bro. You may think it seems a bit much at first but 1.5-2.0 grams per pound that you weigh is right on the money. You can chew it if you want, I've never thought of doing it though, just swallow them.
What link or advice do you want? Are you running the winny alone? 6 weeks should be the max you run it.
