I was just wondering has any of the women done any deca.
I just came off of a cycle of deca and primo.
I did deca for 6 weeks of 50 and 100 primo 8 weeks. The muscle gain has been unreal and how stong I have become is unreal. The only side affects I have seen so far is bad acne and very oil skin and hair.
My legs and back are my stongest. On my leg press I have went from 290 to 700lbs, leg curls 50 to 100 and ext. 60 to 180. My back has been the same type of increase. So with everyone saying women shouldn't do Deca I was just wondering why not. This was my first cycle
Any thoughts out there let me know.
