after 2 months back from injury I am again up to 405dl from the floor(belt and strapped), 315 squat to parallel (wish I could go lower but my knee grinds) and 275 bench. I was at 350 when my rotator cuff went out and was out for 4 months. slowly coming back. just got to drop 30 lbs to get me back to 220. god I hate cardio.

Nice numbers bro for just getting back into it, and i wouldnt even worry about the numbers, just lose that 30lbs and the rest will follow! Feels good to be back right, lol, i just got back to and feels so good

Thanks. I will do on the weight. I just posted the number because I was happy as hell to see how fast time stuff comes back.

Muscle memory is an awesome thing!!! Have you ever competed in bbing or powerlifting?

No not at all. My friend at work actually does compete in power lifting and tries to get me to compete. He is trying to get his pro card. I got into this because my kids wanted me to get healthy since I was a major fat ass. 300lbs dropped to 218 then started to put on muscle. haven't looked back since and wont. I think its funny how my clothes still fit at 245 as they did at 218. I dont ever plan on competing just for health.

That's cool man!! Thats probably a good thing because once you compete once it can easily become an obsession
