I finally caught an episode and a half last night, it looks like a good show but there's tons of drama and not enough lifting but at least it's better than watching the morons on Deal, No Deal

I was just joking since I had never heard of the show, but I've since found it and like it!

my gym is in my basment so I'm there a lot and I'm asleep building muscle by 12o'clock
