I’m a Deadhead. I toured with the Grateful Dead all through the 90s traveled all over the country and enjoyed the music. I’m very music oriented. I don’t really watch much TV but music always on. Grateful Dead isn’t my workout soundtrack tho. I’m a Deadhead and a metalhead. I listen to a lot of Slipknot and Godsmack. Some Rage against the machine. I also really like Cypress Hill so sometimes I listen to that. I like a lot of the new Outlaw Country coming out right now. I like Brantley Gilbert and Hardy a lot. I like country when I’m boing cardio. Today is some shoulder work and abs and some cardio. It’ll be slipknot #5 the grey chapter for shoulders and abs. I’ll slow it down a little for cardio and hit some southern rock and country. Music is one way that I get to know people. You can tell a lot about someone by their soundtrack. Just curious what music everyone listens to when you’re working out?

I like rock and I like metal. Anything to really get my juices flowing is good.

I like to listen to anything good. I don't like that they play music at the gym but I understand that they want to drown out a lot of the clanging and clanging.
