I just started working out again since March. I had tendonitis in my right shoulder and it seems to have healed. I am thinking of doing one body part a day, 5 different exercise with 4 sets of 8 rep. Is that an over kill?
I definatly dont think thats over kill at all! but you could get away with only 4 exercises to ease back into it since u want to take it easy on the shoulder but 5 isnt too much in my opinion
