Well long story short, had to take another lay off due to an injury and a 4 month time frame ended up turning into over a year, too many things going on injuries, family reasons etc. Well I am finally getting back into shape and hitting the weights again. I have been getting into it really slow and two nights ago I finally went pretty hard, I tore my back and shoulders apart. Yesterday I was ehhh a little sore felt great today, OMG I will never take this much downtime again unless I absolutely have to, I am so sore i cant lift my arms above my head. I remember when no matter what I did my back would not get sore, I feel like not moving for two days. I'm still gonna go do some cardio tonight maybe some calf work, but definitely going to give my upper a couple days to relax.
