Wtf happened here

Its not the air bro. Its the high mg/ml ratio and the carrier oil. Thin carrier oil should not be used with high mg/ml ratios.
NPP is a bitch to make over 150mg/ml. Mine crashed the first time too at 200, so I reheated added more oil/BB and it held fine at 150mg/ml.

It's just wierd powder guy cause the batch sits there perfect after re heating for weeks but once I start using it or inject air into it then solidifies. I'm not worried cause can always reheat I'm just worried the concentration will vary cause maybe not fully dissolved. I may try and start using straight EO tho so should fix that issue

That's odd, I did EO/Guac, MCT/GSO and I had the same issue with all at high MG/Ml concentrations (anything over 150). However at low concentrations I never got solidification from super saturation.
That's an interesting question if air is the culprit, or room temp.

It's been good after I heated and it's sitting in my box at room temp, been about 4 days. I'll experiment and shot some air into the oil to see if it solidifies again.

Well my 200mg/ml TPP that's been sitting here good for the last 5 days I went and experimented, I just injected air through the oil like you would to create back pressure for a better draw. And 3 hours later completely solidified. So yes don't inject air into your oil as it can cause it to crash also after you brew and filter there will be air bubbles from pushing it through the filter, I recommend heating until the bubbles are gone or may crash again.

I do live in a humid climate. I usually do t push air into the vial which is why it had me baffle as to why it solidifies. But I have verified it's the air, maybe the moisture in the air or maybe the bubbles upset the bonding to the carrier oil cause of the high concentration. Not sure either way but I'm positive it's the air being injected into the oil.
