What the hell's going on here. I just got a nose bleed. Sitting at my desk typing and blood starts pouring.

It must be the dry weather or something. My BPs normal (as normal as it gets for me) and I'm not on a cycle right now.

Saturn, I always get nose bleeds in the winter because of the dry air. But using a humidifier esp. at night really helps.

Saturn it's definitely from the dry air. Try using a cool mist humidifier if that's the one you have. I've been using mine for the last week to help.
