Never had an issue with us-pharmacies yo they sent me something that was all cloudy with particles floating around in it and my order was missing items tried to log on to website and I guess it’s shut down. Fucking crazy

That just looks like crashed gear, what is the concentration and what is it? When this happens to me, sometimes with DHB I just warm it up and it's right back to normal. Put the vial in a pot of almost boiling water and let it sit then swirl it; you can put any gauge pin in the top to let it vent too and once it warms up enough it should 'reconstitute' and you're good to go. I wrote you an email regarding this matter, but I have not received a response, so I am following up here.

As far as I remember and have checked, this was Test Cyp, correct?

We sell hundreds of vials, and none of them have experienced crystallization, so the question is how it was stored.

My formulations are designed to withstand very low temperatures, especially during transport, particularly in winter conditions. As you can see, we also do not have any issues with crystallization in general.

So I am wondering — was it possibly stored at a low temperature for a longer period of time?

If so, it can be easily fixed — please let me know.
