That just looks like crashed gear, what is the concentration and what is it? When this happens to me, sometimes with DHB I just warm it up and it's right back to normal. Put the vial in a pot of almost boiling water and let it sit then swirl it; you can put any gauge pin in the top to let it vent too and once it warms up enough it should 'reconstitute' and you're good to go. You can do that if you want or shoot an email to their new email address here

I wrote you an email regarding this matter, but I have not received a response, so I am following up here.
As far as I remember and have checked, this was Test Cyp, correct?
We sell hundreds of vials, and none of them have experienced crystallization, so the question is how it was stored.
My formulations are designed to withstand very low temperatures, especially during transport, particularly in winter conditions. As you can see, we also do not have any issues with crystallization in general.
So I am wondering — was it possibly stored at a low temperature for a longer period of time?
If so, it can be easily fixed — please let me know.

Bro appreciate the heads up on the new website I sent them an email. We’ll see what they say. Like I said I’ve never had an issue with them guys. I saw that today when i went to do my thing and couldn’t believe what I saw and I keep all my gear stored properly sanitized and what not so I know it wasn’t something that I did anyways I’ll let you know what they say. And bro I’ll get around to starting a log eventually right now I’m working two jobs still training daily running on 5 hours of sleep a night my life is crazy hectic right now.
it was stored at normal room temperature i ordered 2 test cypionates this is the only one that did it the other one is fine and forgive me for saying I was missing items that order is scheduled to arrive today. But as I mentioned in my email that I sent through the help center on the website, I’m a loyal customer and I appreciate the hell out of what you guys do and I’m not one of those dickhead type customers you know It’s just I’ve never had an issue with you guys so seeing that just kinda threw me for a loop.I was hoping that maybe we could rectify this situation somehow which I have no doubt you guys will yall are great thank you for all that yall do just let me know what you decide thank you for your time and quick response.

Test cypionate 100mg 10 ml I’m gonna try to reconstitute today see how that pans out and the items I didn’t receive will be here today so all good with that. I’ve been in contact with us-pharmacies those guys are great excellent source I ain’t got nothing bad to say about them we’ll get this resolved this type shit happens from time to time it is what it is no big deal preciate the tip on reconstituted it.@US-pharmacies is now here
